    Question Has anyone made green tomato relish before?

    Mom and Dad's garden has 100's of tomatos growing...was thinking of canning some green tomato relish...any good recipes out there,tried and true? Please be easy on me...first time ever canning lol. TIA! Janine

    Oh yes, that's a great way to use up the unripe ones. I had so many a few years ago, I made relish and we are still eating it. Tastes and looks exactly like pickle relish. I used this recipe, adjusted for the amount of tomatoes I had (and I probably left out the peppers as DH won't eat them)
