What type of lawn ornaments do you have in your yard?
I would love to have a wishing well, but was wondering what you have in yours. Any pictures that you could share?

I made a bird bath out of terra cotta pots. I also have a fountain I made using a large galvanized (SP?) tub. My porch is lined with all sorts of old containers that I put flowers in. Everything from old metal teapots to a pig feeder and old buckets. As you can tell I really like the old fashioned look and the more primative the item, the better I like it!

I've got an old Virgin Mary statue that I got at a garage sale. I bought a newer St. Frances to keep her company. I have a terra cotta laying down bunny rabbit that our real estate agent gave us when we bought our house. And then I have a bunny that's standing up. I saw him at an estate sale, and he was only $2.00! He sits among my perennial flowers. I have some pictures, but I'll have to find them!

I don't have many ornaments. I do have a birdbath and courtesy of our 96 flood I have a huge tree root that I put a pot in & have flowers cascading over the edges. It's pretty cool looking. Little chipmonks like scampering in and out of all the nooks & crannies.

I have a birdbath, and various angels, obolisk (spelling?), shepherd's hook.
My wish is to have an old wagon wheel about 3-4 feet, or so , in diameter. I know that I will not be getting one of those any time soon. Every time I find one, the going price seems to be about $150.00 and up!

Right now I don't have anything

I'm hoping to get a bird bath this spring. I love bird feeders and those little birdies need a drink of water to wash the seeds down

I have two trees in the front yard and have a girl on a bench with a dog under one and a turned over metal basket that I put flowers in under the other. I also have a UT birdhouse hanging from one of the trees. We have a covered porch with wicker furniture and lots of flower pots. I have the wire star (that I bought from Heaven!
) hanging on the house. I love fixing up my yard and having flowers. I can't wait until Spring so I can get started. Its all coverd in snow now.
