Snowmen, water dripping, sun shining and learning where to put my energy was all a part of my day today.
It was a wonderful day here. Spring is on its way and I can feel it in the air. Soon, I'll be planting my garden (potatoes, tomatoes, green beans and onions) and my flower beds will be in bloom. My roses will spring forth, the apple trees will blossom and the Hummingbirds will be here. Ooooh I can hardly wait.
I also did more decluttering - some in our m/bedroom and some on the computer. My computer is getting more and more organized and my m/bedroom is beginning to look like a bedroom.
I also did some plastering on the gyproc where we had done the insulation. I can hardly wait to decorate and next time I'm in the city, I'll be choosing some wallpaper.
I also washed and hung 2 loads of laundry and have ready my new fat quarters to wash tomorrow.
Yes, it was a great day! How was yours?

Yesterday ds and I made 2 batches of pancakes and 2 batches of orange muffins - it's good to have the freezer stocked with those again. I also spent some more time working on next year's homeschool lessons and decluttering some old magazines (but saving pictures we need from them for collages we'll be making during homeschool).
After everyone finishes breakfast this morning we'll hit some yard sales, the library, and a couple of plant nurseries.

Wow, I like this getting up early in the morning. I was up at 7:30 this morning, and already have my bedding washed and hung outside to dry, all my dishes done and bread dough on the rise. Sure feels good.
This afternoon, I'll be working on some sewing that needs to get done, some more decluttering and more working on our finances.
Hope everyone has a great day.

Well even though i was up early I chose to spend some time with dh just lazing and talking about what we want to do to the house and yard.
So far I am restoring order to my kitchen, I let it slide yesterday and boy can you tell!
I am doing things in 15 minute spurts while i make my flip chart for daily activities.
I plan 2 loads of laundry and some major weed pulling. The tractor that mowed for us cant get between the well pump and the eletric post and if we do not weed it, next month we will get snakes there! YUCK!
Well I am off to do another stir on the frying potatoes and pork for dhs and my breakfast (the kids will get pancakes since they don't much like fried potatos)
