    Default Drying flowers

    Its a little late in the season for some of us, but here is something I found about drying flowers in the microwave.

    I've dried them in the microwave before and they turn out fine. There is also a flower press called a micro fleur that is used for microwaving pressed flowers.
    I dry most of mine upside down in a room with some circulating air or in some silica gel, but at work we would sometimes microwave them if we were in a hurry and didn't have some handy or if it was a particular flower the wholesalers didn't have available at the time either.
