Rain, rain go away

It has rained every day here for at least a couple of weeks and they are calling for rain every day for the 10 day forecast. Mel is not able to get anything done and it's terrible because he is off right now and able to be at home. He's started staining the deck in between storms. The boat dock will never get finished at this rate - mud up to our eye balls down there. Needless to say, everything needs weeding and mowing and goats are almost due for their vaccinations too. (not a job for rainy days!) I know the rain is a good thing...... but I need a few days of dry weather here just to catch up on things outdoors.

Are you getting excessive weather now? Are you behind on outdoor chores like us?

I want to be outdoors.

Man, wish you could send some of that rain to my grandparents in North Texas. They need it bad!
