    Question Got a question

Ok I live in the Pacific Northwest, in the Mid-Willamette Valley.. It is now the middle of October and I just havested green beans, and a bunch of tomatoes...If I recall, in previous years I had my garden dismantled by now. Is it just me, or isn't my growing season a little longer this year?? Any one else still harvesting from their gardens?? Just a strange question for all of you.

We harvested a bit late this year too because we had a very late start. I only just got my carrots in a couple weeks ago. The farmers here are just now finishing the final harvesting.

We've had a really nice Oct. although we have had frost.

yes its been a somewhat late year - I am in Colorado and I am still pulling beans , tomatoes and chiles, and I haven't even bothered taking the pumpkins off yet.

We seem to be a bit later here too. And we got a late start. I still have roses on my rose bush. We have had a couple of frosts but they have not been what they call "killing frosts"
