    Default what's your favourite vine/creeper

mine is the clematis. I have tried to grow them here but the first 5 were cut or lawn mowed by someone who will remain nameless , the second 5 just died. I've firmly convinced myself now that it's too warm for them here.

I like jasmine but I only like it when it flowers. I also like potato creepers. I have a relative of the purple potato creeper, it's got thorns and a bigger flower with a thick vine stem. It does look beautiful.

    What's you favourite vine/creeper?

Mine is definately the Clematis as well , what a beautiful climber and so suceessful when not mowed!! My second favorite would have to be a trumpet vine which is actually a wild native in Arizona!

Oh, and my favourite creeper would be a pair from shelly's of London called Winkel Pickers by T.U.K.

I've never grown a climber. But this year I have tons of seeds from some generous ladies. Lots of different kinds, too! So hopefully next year I can share which one I like the best!

My favorite climbing vines are morning glories, moon flowers and honeysuckle. My favorite creepers are potato vines.
