Talking Who is longing to dig in the dirt?

    Me, Me!!

We orderd all our seeds and plants from the nursery a few weeks ago and I can't wait to get in the garden again. With such a rough winter I'm hoping to feel better by spring and get my hands dirty! It's wonderful to dream isn't it while I look out at a foot of snow!

    Are you ready?

Heather, I am with you. I just got two more seed catalogues in the mail and now I am just itching to get out and get some digging done. I even got a nifty new nail brush for Christmas that is sitting in the cupboard patiently waiting for me

How long do you think we'll have to wait!

at the nail brush......my great aunt used to say that you could tell it was a good day in the garden if the bottom of your feet were dirty, you had dirt embedded!! under your nails and a smile on your face.....she loved her huge garden and I have so many wonderful memories being there helping.

The barefeet is a neccessity too....I love to walk around without my shoes on....now this is after the 'mud'/spring!

Wouldn't it be great to have an early spring?

Come on down to my house! I've been playing in the garden practically all winter and just came in from out there. I'd love to have some company!

I've got my seed catalogs out and am getting my order ready! I already bought a few packets of seeds at the store and Chris and I put a fresh layer of compost all over the garden. Now we just have to till it all in!

BTW, is it possible to garden in shoes? I just can't do it! I have to have my feet in the dirt!

Me! I'm looking forward to planting my garden. I'm going to plant more tomatoes, more cucumbers, more bell peppers, and put my zucchini in a different location.

Kim, I'd love to join you!

Chriss....lol....I usually wait until the rows are a little packed down and usually miss the worm factor

me me me! I bought some seeds today for peppermint, spearment, and lavander. My poor little flower beds look so cold and empty (I know they aren't) but they sure do look sad

I am soooooooooooo ready for warm weather and gardening. I've been drooling over seed catalogs (I love the one from Seed Savers Exchange) and will put my order in online this weekend. Hope they haven't run out of things already!
