It's been beautiful today and Gripey and I have been...
doing yardwork all afternoon. I've raked the neighbor's leaves
in the front yard and mulched those and then used the mulching mower over the front and side yards. It's looking much better. It felt so good to be outside in the sunshine that I'm not even going to complain about the blisters on my hands
This is actually a bit early for us to get this done b/c we don't usually have days this warm and sunny yet. Anyone else working in the yard today?

I'd be raking snow, not a pretty picture. The neighbors would be laughing and it would take me forever....
Glad you & Gripey are spending quality time together. Bet it looks great. PS. talk to your neighbor yet?hint hint

I casually mentioned to my neighbor that the dog had been barking a little while ago in the front yard.....I've come up with a plan to let them see how awful it is..... . I'm gonna have them come over some evening.....late, and listen. They'll be shocked.

I haven't been working in the yard, but it was a nice day for it.
I am glad you got some things done.~*Michelle*~

We've been gone most of the day and it's overcast right now. Tomorrow I plan on raking up sme of the huge seed pods that have fallen in my front door. I did get my front door washed down though.

Sunday was beautiful here as well -- 75 degrees and sunny. Its still too early to uncover any of the flower beds, although I was very tempted. I tested an area of the vegetable garden to see how wet it was -- hoping to get an area ready for the early early garden stuff, beets and the like. Still too wet though. Maybe in another couple of weeks..... I hope.
