Question Do you have a tablecloth on your table?

No. I seldom use a tablecloth unless I have company coming. We use tablemats instead.

I have the chic look of a clear plastic tablecloth on my dining room table. lol

I keep it there so we can break out the play doh and messy stuff and I don't have to prep an area to do messy proejcts with the kids. It's super easy to clean after meals too.

Always on the dining room table. It's been the green and white gingham check one for ever so long.

On the breakfast nook table - it's placemats (pictures of apples in basket).

I used to, but with 3 dogs in the house it just attracted to much dog fur. We just have placemats now.

I use a tablecloth in winter that has fruit in dark earthy tones and some deep purple. I take it off the end of March and use placemats with fruit also. It goes with my wallpaper boarder. I just like the darker warm feel of the tablecloth on cold winter days.

I use tablecloths, mainly because I hate my table. I'm going to paint it white soon then it may come out from under its disguise. Currently I have a red and white check tablecloth on it with rocking horses and topiary trees but I often use white cotton cloths. I have two, one with embroidered hearts and one with embroidered swags of flowers.

I don't have anything, either. Nothing. Not even a centerpiece.

I don't have a table in my kitchen -- so my dining room table is covered with a "lovely" green plastic cloth. I have several pretty cloths -- guess I should treat my family to something pretty! I keep the plastic one on the table to protect the wood.
