We don't have any blooming just yet.
Denise can you give us your dandelion jelly recipe. And how do you do fried blossoms. I'm game to try anything considering how many dandelions are around our home.

me too! I've had dandelion tea but nothing else. I'd love to try dandelion jelly. Is it jelly as in jam or jelly as in jello?

I wouldn't even get chance to try them, there's a certain little bunny that LOVES them and can run far faster than I can.

I hear dandelion wine is quite tasty too. Seriously, though, dandelions are a great source of vitamins that we miss out on in the winter and they help clean you out. I keep a section of my garden to use for dandelion greens since we have dogs on the rest of the lawn.

Denise, I hope you can post your recipes or some links to recipes -- I've heard about folks eating dandelion greens and making wine, but I didn't know you could do anything else with them! How cool!
