Can I transplant roses now?
Or should I wait until fall? I have 2 roses bushes off our back deck, but they are buried under the Butterfly Bush. I would like to move them to the side of the house, but I don't know if I should do it now or in the fall.

Yes you can transplant them now. You just won't get has many roses as you normally would. Make sure you water them good and that you don't disturb the roots too much.

I concur, prepare your spot well, pop them in & water well.
