    Default PLanted some more

Well, the seeds in the ground experiment is as woeful as the seed starting experiment. I am thinking of writing Burpee.

Anyway, yesterday DD#2 and I went to Lowes and got some more plants. I put in 4 yellow squash, 4 cucumbers and 4 bell peppers. I replanted some zucchini seeds in the hopes that it might work this time.

I also planted some begonias and petunias in pots on my front porch, and some petunias and celosia in the front beds. It was nice to work outside, although I kept having to chase DD down.

I've had some bad years with veggie seeds before.

I hear ya with chasing the little one. I have a difficult time sometimes just weeding with my kids with me. I'm surprised we get much yardwork done sometimes.

But, the good thing is your day sounds great. Lots of fun shopping and glad you got some plants planted.

It's rainy here. Thunderstorms, then it stops and gets a little sunny, then rain again. Then with everyone sick it's just been sort of a bummer of a day over here.

Enjoy your pretty flowers. They sound lovely.

Ugh - I kept telling her she needed to stay in the front with me - so what does she do? She goes to the backyard to the sand box. I am screaming her name and about to lose it when I find her.

Then, I go to the back yard to plant and where does she go? To the front and in the garage to play in the van. SIGH.

I love her, but man she is a handful.
