    Default Have you Ever Seen...

...The Farmers Wife? It was a documentary on PBS a few years ago that followed a farm family for 3 years of their lives and their struggles to live off the land and how those struggles affected their family. I thought it was one of the most powerful shows I have ever seen. Did any of you see it?

I've never heard of this show but I it sounds like something I would really enjoy. I did watch Frontier House which I thought was great.

Yes, I was so intrigued with the Boschkoetter family. They really went through a difficult time and I respected them so much. They worked so hard! I wish PBS would show it again.

Okay, after I watched the first hour on PBS.org I was disappointed to find out that the directer never made this into DVD format. We don't have a VCR and we are not going to rent one or buy one just for this documentary. So I am so sad that I can't see the rest of it!
