    Smile It's bird families on parade here today.

    I've never seen so many different kinds of flocks of birds here at one time before. Today I have titmice, robins, bluejays and flickers. I've never seen more than one flicker at a time so this is a real treat. It's like the bird zoo here, wonder what's up. Many of them stay thru the winter...I suppose some are migrating... but wow.

    I've never had a year like this and like I said the flocks of them at once are blowing me away. Just wanted to share.

    Some little birdie told em all about the great birdfood buffett that you serve daily around there Darlene. It's a small world and news travels fast.

    Lol, they must also like the ambience. I have some cut & come again zinneas growing right underneath the feeder. Not sure why the flickers were so interested in the cracks of my sidewalk...must be something good growing there too.
