    Default Dug our first sweet potatoes

    DH dug up 3 sweet potatoes on Saturday --- they are VERY big! I didn't weigh them, but compared the sizes to ones I saw in the produce section of the store on Sunday. Ours are equal to or larger than the ones in the store. And at 99 cents a pound we are "rich".

    For lunch on Saturday we ate sweet potatoes --- very good. Now if the weather will just act more like October!

    Now we need to dig them ALL up and get them stored somewhere. They prefer warm and dry conditions --- MAYBE DH will let me put them in the garage.............
