Are your flowerbeds planted haphazardly or orderly?
I have a bit of both in my flowerbeds. One I've just planted haphazardly and let the flowers do their own thing. The other two are pretty orderly with tall flowers in the back, shorter next and shortest first.
There is a lady here who has the most disorganized flowerbeds I've ever seen. She is quite happy with her flower gardens though and spends many hours in them. Guess that is all that matters.

Mine are put together very haphazardly. I don't especially like it that way, and for the last few years I've planned to do some rearranging so things are more orderly (tall in the back, short in the front), but not yet.

Mine are orderly, but I still find myself moving plants all the time.

I like the border to be tidy but the flowers to have a casual floppy comfy style and sort of duke it out with each other.

Mine tend to start out orderly and then get wild. Ours have a more natural, rustic look - very country. I've tried to organize them a bit, but mother nature tends to take over when I'm not looking.
