frugal liquid manure

I have a way to make liquid manure in a 55 gallon oil drum.

Just fill the drum with 1/4 manure or compost. or i like to put it in a burlap bag and hang it in the drum.
Fill the drum with water. Stir occassionally. In a few days arich brown tea.
Its great for transplanted plants or sickly plants. After its loses the tea luster lol just replace with more water and manure.

Put the drum on bricks so it wont right on the ground.

We have done this in the past....our neighbour told us about it and he had the most beautiful flower beds.
