Fall vegetable garden
I've been thinking about planting few things for a fall garden, probably green onions, lettuce, spinach, radishes as well as mustard and turnip greens. Does anyone else plant a fall garden?

We do! And I'm really hoping it does well this year since our spring garden flooded out.
In addition to the items you listed, I've got kale, chard, broccoli, cabbage, snow peas, watercress, lettuce, and beets going. (I don't have mustard greens planted.)

Do you plant seeds or plants? I'd ove to plant something more since the tomatoes are almost gone, only the zucchini stays lol.

I'd love to, but don't know if I'll get around to it. We start planting in late August/early september.

I haven't in the past but I think I'm going to this year. Thinking about lettuce and turnip greens and whatever else I can get to grow. I live in the deep south and have a longer growing season. Just have to remember to water it.

I'm planting bush beans, these will finish before the frost. In a week or so I will plant kohlrabi, then by the 25th I'll plant my lettuces and maybe some Kale. I'd love to plant cabbage but no one around here has any this late so next year I'll have to start some from seed.

maybe
I never really thought of it before, but maybe I will. We still are going strong with a lot of our summer vegetables, but I should start planning for fall. Thanks for the reminder

I've been thinking about trying for it in containers that can be moved into the garage easily when the weather turns really harsh (which may not happen all winter!)

I'm going to do some. I missed planting this spring as we were building on the weekends and during the week I had Satan's Spawn as a childcare ward. So I just couldn't. I expect snow in mid october though..lol. Is it worth the effort?
