creative living vase idea
I have a plant that I love as a house plant. It has a shamrock type leaf that's deep purple in color and it flowers quite often and has a beautiful purple flower. It multiplies quickly in the summer when I put some in a planter on my balcony. I didn't want to lose the plant when it frosts soon, so I took it and planted it in a vase that looks like a fish bowl. The dirt is at the very bottom and some of the plant is in the vase bowl and some drapes out. It's very decorative and it will keep on flowering in the vase. I'll post a picture when I figure out how to
. I thought I would share this idea, in case others are wondering what to do with some of your special plants before the frost comes.

That sounds lovely!! I like to use other things that I have around for vases too! I really love wild flowers in a plain Mason jar!

Sounds really nice. I've got an english ivy that has been on my front porch all year that I'm going to bring in soon. I think it will do ok on my coffee table until spring
