growing wheat?
anyone do it?
curious i would like to see my bread from start to finish but i am thinking it takes alot of plants to make a loaf but i seriously clueless
other option is grinding wheat which i am into but where do i find the wheat berries?
feedback on any of this is appreciated alot!
call me crazy but i would really like to see the process of a wheat plant from start to bread and i cannot find it online, been looking....

I belong to a natural foods co-op and order my wheat berries through them.

A bushel of wheat yields about 42 pounds of white flour or 60 pounds of whole wheat flour.
