It sounds like everyone had fun. I think dh is going to till ours tomorrow. Last year he didn't want a garden and this year he seems excited about it. We did have a small garden last year because I had my brother in law bring up his tiller, dh wasn't to thrilled. I think my big juicy tomatoes got the best of him. Ha! Ha! I can't wait.

    I planted
    tomato
    basil
    marjoram
    dill
    chives
tons of parsley (for my guinea pigs)
    oregano
    marigolds

    Lucas planted Bluebonnets
    Tommy started watermelon & sunflowers

Not many veggies, but with my new work schedule I'm probably gonna forget to water them anyways

Wow it seems really early to put seedlings out in Canada! We haven't put much out and we're in Arkansas. Hubby expects one more good frost.

Shhhh! Don't say that! I'm in AR too and I'm planting on Saturday. However, I'm doing containers so I can bring them in if it gets too cold.

I mis-read what you posted. OKay. Try transferring them to newspaper pots later on.

lol no problem.....one of the joys of living way up north. lol

I'm using the fibre egg cartons that will disintegrate (yay one less thing in the garbage lol), and then will just put them in the ground when they're big enough or its warm for good...and who knows when that will be...it snowed on mothers day last year

I had my 24 year old and 21 year old help me. Even the old ones enjoy seeing it come up. The tomatoes and squash are just sprouting. It makes eating the vegtables taste better. I hope that little one didn't eat too much dirt. So Cute.
