    Thumbs up Horseradish Is Up

    Yipee,
    I will be doing up a few bottles of it this week. I hope its HOT HOT HOT this year
    My neice got a couple done last week ( she's always a week ahead on her garden )

    Yum! We used to grow it at our first house and did it in the food processor at the picnic table. We did it once indoors & just about died,lol. Man that stuff is something! We harvested in the Fall so just went & read up on it and sure enough now is a great time to do it. Learned something new, thanks. Enjoy!

    Before food processors my sister would grate all day by hand with tears just flooding down her face.

    I love horseradish. A friend of my dads bottles it up and it so yummy.
