If anyone is interested JC Penney has a Philippe Richard 8 qt pressure cooker for $19.88 after $10 rebate. The sale starts October 13, 2010. I have one of their large 6 qt cooking pans and it is kind of heavy. I also have their smaller pressure cooker pan and it is not. For those of you that don't have a Penneys near you shipping is $4.99 today. I'm not sure if you have to wait until the
13th to get the rebate.
