You have done a great job.....the only thing I have in mine that I see missing from yours is an emergency information list. I really like having all the emergency information close at hand and this form really is a nice one. Click the link below, its about half way down the page and its printable and free!

I love my household note book.
Also for those of you with pets, I would include the ASPCA Animal poison control number. 1-888-426-4435 This number can be a lifeline for those with pets.

I think my January goal is to just get my household binder together. I tried unsuccessfully in the past.
BTW, what is the 101 in 1001referring to?

This is something I have been working on when I get totally frustrated with learning to crochet. I just can't get it....but atleast I am down from 6+ household notebooks to just two. I will get those combined down soon.

i had a form i just added (due to some recent unplesantness on our street)
i made a simple map (some boxes with house numbers) of our immediate block and put the names and phone # of the neighbors on it. i figure it will come in handy for sitters or dh or the kids when they get older
also i have list of locations of utility (breaker box, water, gas) shutoffs
and outage report numbers (these are also taped to my phone)Reba

Oh wow! That's quite the list.

Now that I think about it, a binder might be good for us also. I love lists but our biggest problem before was that there was so much disorganization in our house. Since we took the load to the dump and cleaned out literally half the basement, I have room to move around and find stuff now.
A household binder might just be the best thing for us, and you all have given me such inspiration to get one started!
