    I've posted this before, but since there are so many new ladies here....

    I like the grocery list at www.familytime.com , you can customize the list pretty much however you want. The site also has a lot of recipes, and with just a couple of clicks you can add all the stuff you need for the recipe to your list. You can also plan a menu and it will generate a shopping list for you. When you go to your list, you check mark what you need, then you can print just the checked items. There are also a few coupons on the site.
