Paper organization
How do you organize all the paper in your life?
I keep a leather bound zip up binder for my day to day stuff-divided into sections for to-dos, baby stuff, household lists of china patterns and needs, swatches to match and table sizes and the such. I keep 2 seperate coupon organizers-one for grocery stores, another for department stores and restaurants.
Today I started putting together my Christmas 3 ring which will organize everything holiday through January 1.
Dh does a great job organizing the bills into file boxes and warranty and manuals into an actual file cabinet.
Please share what you do, I am always trying to tweak the system to run as efficiently as possible-I hate paper clutter.

I pile it up everywhere!
I read an article on the binder system on the internet once, but I lost it (maybe in a pile around here somewhere, jk)
I need HELP, before dh goes insane!

WOW! You seem pretty organized already! I use a filing cabinet for everything. I have a file for each person in the house also and make sure their papers go into their file. I also keep a calendar on my desk and write down any date the boys have a game, dr. appt, play, etc. so that at a glance I can see I have something to attend or do.

I have a file cabinet plus a file box that I put all my important papers in. It is easy when everything is in a folder that way all you need to do is look for the right file and you got what you need without the hassle of looking in every drawer, cabinet etc.

I just use a filing cabinet as well. I have separate folders for each of my monthly bills, paystubs, medical/dental statements from ins. companies, insurance policies. I also keep a folder for magazine/newspaper cutouts, brochures and the like. I keep track of all appointments on the calendar on the fridge. Works out good for me.

This is my ultimate weakness. I have a pile, well a mountain in my kitchen right now to go through.
I do organize it often, but it always returns. I do have a nice file cabinet. I used to use bins but then I would get so frustrated looking for a certain paper in a pile in the bin.
I need help in this area for sure. Sorry. I wish I could offer some tips.
