    Talking Frugal tip 10/11

If you have irrigation system, you can make one from a water hose and some soda cans. Take an old garden hose, measure where you want the water to drip out and make slits in those places. But the water will spray all over, so the key is to take used soda cans and cut a hole in each end wide enough for the hose to slide over the slits and cover them. Then take the soda cans and slide them over the hose to cove hte slits. The water squirts into the can and slowly drips out just where you want it.
