    Obviously, there is shave gel and good ole soap & water to use when shaving. What are some other things that you use?

    I use the cheapest conditioner I can find....works great for me but I'm not extremely hairy....

    ~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

    This is one of my non-frugal areas. I got a free schick intuition (the kind with the soap around the blade) several months ago, and I love it, so I have continued to use that brand.

    I've used cheap hair conditioner for years to shave my legs and pits. LOL I've also not bought myself any razors or deoderant in the last few years due to getting all the freebies online. I keep stocked up in them.

    I have also used conditioner before, lotion, soap, shaving cream, etc. Now, I don't use anything. I have so many free razors. The good kind with the moisturizing strip, and I just shave with the shower water.

    I use edge gel for sensitive skin. The skin on my neck tends to get razor burn.
    If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

    I really hate using any sort of shaving cream or anything. I used to just use water or shave after using body wash when there was still a little foam left on my legs. Then I got a free Shick Intuition razor and I love it. I buy a big pack of refills at Sam's and they last forever! I shave my arm pits every day, but my legs can usually go a week between shaves. I normally wear jeans or long pants most of the times.

    Most of the time I use Skintimate but if I run out of that, cheap hair conditioner also works.
