    Default Aluminum free baking powder.

Aluminum free baking powder. Does it hold up as well as regular aluminum type? I am using Rumford and it seems to loose its oomp in short order. I stir it up as well.

We've used aluminum-free baking powder for years... I do add a bit more than the kind with aluminum...but, I'd rather keep the aluminum out of my body (and my friend's and family that I feed).

You can buy a BIG container of it at Costco for CHEAP.

Well, duh. I had no idea baking powder contained aluminum. I'm thinking that means aluminum-free baking powder doesn't exist hereabouts because I've never seen it.

Walmart and Krogers got it in my local.
