Frugal tip 10/24
If you need a ruler when you're out shopping, remember this: a dollar bill is 6 1/8" long.
Just because an item has the word "SALE" on it, doesn't mean you are getting it for a lower than normal price. Know your prices. This is one way that a price book can help you.~*Michelle*~

You are right on the "sale!" At Wal Mart especially watch your prices. Their roll backs are sometimes roll forwards!
Example, I used to buy a lot of Rotel. I had coupons that made it about .25 per can.
It was .52c per can.
Well one day i was toodling along and i see the big yellow "rollback" deally.
So i think, good my rotel is going to be cheaper I can use up all my coupons.
Wrong! the roll back price said was .72 now .62!!!!
They had never since I have been shopping there charged .72 for that size can of rotel, and I shopped there ever since its opened!
I was so mad i tossed my rotel coupons and refused to buy it from them. Now I just use fresh maters and peppers!

I measured the tip of my middle finger to the end of my palm and it is 6 inches and the first section on my index finger is exactly 1 inch so I have a pretty good ruler where ever I go.....
