I know it's been a while since this thread was posted, but I just found that Walmart has foaming handsoap under its Equate label. The top comes off, so it will be refillable. Best of all - it's $1.54!

I've since tried both Dawn and an antibacterial hand soap...just used a small amount of the regular stuff and water. Shake well...and there you go. It's worked very well for us and saved tons of money in dish detergent and hand soap! This is a winner of an idea!!
