tapioca a mess
My instant tapioca comes out thick at the bottom and too thin on top. Then when I mix it when it is cold it is a lumpy mess. I make it in one big container. What am I doing wrong?

How long are you beating it? You would do best to use a low speed electric beater for about 2 minutes than trying to do it by hand.
