Clorox Cleanup recipe

I'm needing a clorox cleanup recipe for sanitizing cupboards. I have one, or did, around somewhere, but can't find it. It's just bleach and water. I can't remember the proportions, though.

I don't have a recipe but what I have is a spray bottle with a small amount of bleach, filled with water and rags to clean with.

water to bleach.
if i were you i might want to add a bit of white vinegar to it too. extra cleaning power.

Is it OK to add vinegar to bleach? I didn't think you could.

I like the idea of the the bleach and water mix though. It's kind of simple, I use bleach for some things anyway. Mildew is one. Toilets too.
