A plastic baggie thought..
this might have already been thought of but just came to mind when putting a pound of leftover raw hamburger that I plan to use to make a (freezer meal) meatloaf tomorrow into the fridge when I had a brain fart of just putting all the ingredients in the gallon bag and mix it that way I don't have to dirty a bowl or get my hands all yucky.. when mixed I can empty the bag and just press into loaf pan..

Sounds good to me. I'd gladly sacrifice a plastic bag not to have egg and hamburger under my fingernails.

Great tip. I don't like the feel of hamburger on my hands either.

Great idea. Not just the mess on your hands, but my hands freeze before I can it all mixed together.

That is a great idea! And actually, you could save that bag and re-use it! Label it "raw meat" and as soon as you are done mixing the meatloaf, fold up the baggie and stick it into the freezer. Leave it there, until you are ready to mix up raw hamburger again! You can use it quite a few times before you need to throw it away, as long as you keep it in the freezer!

This is a great idea! I absolutely hate mixing up raw hamburger. I used to have a box of disposable plastic gloves that I used to mix stuff like that so that I wouldn't get hamburger under my nails and stuff. I will definitely be using this idea.
