    Talking Frugal tip 11/10

    Sharpen your own scissors by using them to cut fine grade sandpaper. About a half dozen cuts should do it!

    Good tip !!!!! My hubby does them on the grinder and I have the world's sharpest scissors..... I've heard it said that you can cut foil to sharpen them also......

    Thanks for the great tip! I usually spend $$ getting them sharpened at JoAnn's! Now I can do it myself!

    I'm sitting here watching Scrapbooking on DIY ... they just said to cut through either aluminum foil or waxed paper to sharpen your scissors.
