Cleaned down shelves in refrig after a major spill and have discovered I'm a condiment collector! Need to figure out how to use some of these things up before they go bad. Looking for suggestions
for things like:
Rasberry Walnut Dressing
Blue Cheese dressing
Ceaser Salad Dressing
1 qt. stir fry sauce (no wok)
4 bottles oyster sauce
2 bottles soy sauce
Jar of minced ginger
8 half jars of assored jelly and jams???
1/2 a jar of banana peppers
2 jars sweet relish
How did I collect this stuff????

I hear ya, Laurie! My fridge spontaneously reproduces, also!
Here's some ideas:
1. Mix the savory items and use as a marinade or BBQ sauce.
2. Ditto with the salad dressings. They are so good brushed on BBQ.
3. Slice the peppers and put into a dehydrator.
4. Use the relish to make potato salad or mix with chicken or tuna for a sandwich spread.
5. Mix the jellies, and add a little water or fruit juice. Heat and use a syrup over pancakes.
6. Mix the oriental foods with rice and some chopped chicken to make a cassarole.
That's all I can think of right now!Spiritual:
"You are fearfully and wonderfully made." Please... respect life.
Financial:
Debt free, hoping to stay that way!
MY BLOG: glorybug.wordpress.com
1. Keep on writing.
2. Get some balance in my life.
3. Lose weight. Hopefully 5# this year. (9.5 pounds right now! Yay, Me!!)
4. Continue to be looking for how God wants to use me this year.

Be cautious cooking with the walnut raspberry dressing. I cook chicken with Italian dressing often, and once had a jar of the walnut raspberry dressing - I have no idea why I had bought it. It sounded reasonable to use it instead. It turned my chicken breasts pepto bismol pink. They tasted fine - but it was helpful to eat with your eyes closed.
You can do stir fry in a skillet - you don't need a wok.
Soy sauce - fried rice.
Jellies and jams - I don't know what kind you have. Some make nice glazes for meat. I'm sure you could find recipes. I remember some apricot chicken I had once eating out that was wonderful.Donna

ROTFL!!! Thanks for the warning about the pink tint! I was actually thinking about using the rasberry for a chicken marinade. Think I'll use it for something eles.
J&J's are apricot, jalopena, pepper, grape, raseberry(a theme going), mint,
loganberry and orange marmalde.
Wonder if they'll hold til the hoildays and then I can make thumbprint cookies?
