what to make with leftover turkey?
last weekend I roasted a turkey. Only 2 people here eat it & they had leftover turkey dinner monday eve & sandwiches for lunch 2 days.
I froze the remainder to use for dinner one night next week.
I'm thinking of making something with turkey & pasta so they can enjoy the turkey in a different way than they had it this week.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I'm going to do a google search, but like to get personal advice first to get a good recipe idea.
thanks!

Carmelized onion and pesto lasagne, it's on the turkey farmers of Ontario website: turkeyrecipes.ca. There are a bunch of really different ideas there.

1) We heat it up shredded in gravy and eat it over bread open faced.
2) I've also substituted it in "chicken helper" the alfredo flavor I got dirt cheap with coupons.
3) Also heated up with some thick gravey but bite sized pieces I will make a generic pot pie/stew type dish.
In the indviduals bowl put some:
-heated up turkey and gravy
-peas
-corn or carrots
---stir
-cover the top with cracker
(It's filling and the boys love it)

I always like turkey biscuits and gravy. Most of the time I add veggies to it so it's like a pot pie. It tastes good and it's cheap.
Turkey tetrazzini is always good too.

I like turkey and rice. I make some rice, saute up some veggies, add the turkey and your favorite seasonings. Sometimes I make a gravy to add to it, sometimes I just serve as-is.
