    Default Pant/Trouser/Skirt Hangers

I have a number of these clamp-type hangers: http://www.hangercity.com/prescherpanc.html and have found some other things to use them for besides their intended use... They come made of wood and plastic. I'm sure there are other uses, so please share yours.

    - I clamp my 3 silicon baking mats together and hang them on a hook located on the inside of a door on my pantry cabinet. Now they are easy to find and use, and always remain flat.

    - On that same hook I have used another hanger to clamp together sheets of parchment paper. I purchased a box (lifetime supply LOL) of parchment paper from a restaurant supply store and have to cut each sheet in half to use with my cookie sheets. Now I can pre-cut a bunch and hang them up - ready to use.

    - I use these clamp-type hangers to hang rugs on the clothes line to dry, as well as other heavy things that pins just aren't quite enough to hold them, or you don't want to fold the item over the line.

    - We hang our handmade paper using these hangers.

    Grainlady,

I use them for hanging our bedspread instead of putting it (forever it seems) through the dryer.

Also good for hanging sports equipment (bathingsuit on hook, goggles one one clamp, cap on another) or (bicycle knickers on one clamp, under helment skull cap on the other, jersey on the hanger as usual.

Also good for holding bags of various craft projects: plastic bag containing yarn, needles, thread, etc. OR put those in a grocery bag over the hook and hang the other beneath.

Thanks for the ideas...I hope I've given you one or two as well!

Open your cookbook to the Recipe you want to make, clamp the pant hanger on to it to hold it open, then hang the hanger from the handle of a top cupboard so it is at eye level and out of the way of spills.
