crib sheet "bags"

in the previous thread I salvaged a ratty crib mattress, now here is the solution that I came up with to get my little stinker to stop pulling his crib sheet off. very similar to the mattress bag,I made crib sheet bags. I took a flat bed sheet and folded it in half(twin works best), right sides together. then I sewed a side seam and a seam at the bottom and turned the bag rightside out. I then slid the finished mattress project inside, folded the flap under and pinned it closed with a few quilter's pins. then I put it back in the crib pinside down...and watched with glee as little houdini tried to pull his sheet off....lol..my plan worked, and houdini jr. decided to find something else to amuse his little self (gave up & played with his toys) I suppose that you can find cheaper resources for material to make a crib sheet bag, I just used a few existing bedsheets that were taking up space.
