    Default interesting canned food tip

    when comparing canned food, check the ingredients...if water is listed first in one and second or later on the other, then the other can has more "food". The major ingredient is listed first.

    Knew that knowledge about milk, and sugars, never thought of it in terms of overall amounts of food... Great tip..

    2012 Goals
    Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
    Cut down on all unnecessary things.
    Free is best.
    Get the garage completely cleaned out. Half done-Until BIL and SIL stored their stuff--now back to square 1.
    Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
    Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
    FIND A NEW JOB!!!
