Keep or Toss--Strawberry Containers
This time of year, we eat a lot of strawberries. I usually toss the container that they come in, but I was wondering if you toss them or use them for something else.

I got one yesterday and put it in the compost because it was only made of cardboard. If I got one of the little wooden ones I would likely save it for something.

We get the little green plastic baskets which I hang on to for school and group art projects. On a shelf next to my coffee cans and emtpy mayo jars.

I toss mine. I have a Mil who has saved everything for 50 years. If you ever saw her house it would be enough to scare anyone.

I have yet to think of a use for them, so we generally toss 'em. Though if someone comes up with a good non-crafty use for them, they'd be a great frugal resource, especially the little wooden ones.

the clear plastic ones get recycled here - I've never seen a wooden one - and I rarely find the little green baskets
I love those!
