tips for baked potato night?
I love the concept of a baked potato night with all the fixins. What types of ingredients do you use on baked potato nights?

here we go
nacho cheese
broccoli
chopped pepperoni
bacon bits (I use real bacon - fried and chopped up)
Those onion fried things that you put on green bean casserole
cheese, salsa, lettuse
chilli
chopped ham
chopped asparagus . . . . .

We love "baked potato with toppings" for super at our house. My friends think I am crazy for serving this as a meal, and they cannot beleive that my hubby likes it, but he;s as much of a tightwad as I am (well, not quite)...oh, forgot, my toppings:
I put out for choices:
steamed brocolli
chili
shredded cheese
ham or bacon
sour cream
MMMMMM, I think we'll have that soon!

I do a cheap pork butt in the crock pot all day, with a touch of water. Then I drain and shred and put in a whole bottle of barbeque sauce. Then on our potatoes I put onion, and then the barbeque and ranch on top. Yum.. big hit at our house. I also scoop them out and mash them with brocolli and I usually just put a dap of butter and salt. Then I sprinkle cheese on top and warm back up.
