CHICKEN
OK SO Another that a lot of you know. when i buy chicken its reduced for a quick sale use by that day ect . I always cook it in the crockpot so it is falling off the bone, when i lift it out . MY TIP TURN THE CHICKEN OUT BREAST DOWN ON THE PLATE , USE A KNIFE TO JUST MOVE THE BONES AWAY , SO YOU ARE LEFT WITH A DOUBLE CHICK BREAST JOINED EASY PS I like the skin

You can also do a variation of Jeff Smith's simmered
turkey with chicken (in the first Frugal Gormet ckbk) which basically is simmering the bird in enough water to cover until it falls apart.
One of my favorite ways to cook a b1g1 free extra bird, cooked chicken and stock, instantly.
