How about walking? I don't know many people who couldn't benefit from a good walk.

Go to the library for books, magazines, dvds, and cds.
Look through all your craft supplies for a project to do.
Play free games at pogo or msn.com
Throw a stick for your dog or dangle a toy for your cat.
Watch the wild birds - put out bits of bread if you have no seed.

if u have kids then go to a park or thier school (if the school permits people to be there after school lets out) to play a outdoor game. they might be able to see friends that are in thier class but not in ur neighborhood.

    ROFL, you stole my answer!!!

Well, in that case you can...
    go on a nature walk,
take a long hot bubble bath,
borrow a scary movie, pop some popcorn, and snuggle into the couch for a movie nite,
    take a nap
    do chores,
    ummmmm

did this with DH and Grandson Steven... Divide blank paper into squares for drawing. (about a dozen) Take turns drawing character faces. Get creative. This page is now something we laugh about 3 years later.

I'd love to learn to play the piano again. I played when I was 7, 8, and 9 years old. How about gardening! Walk in the woods and collect items to make fall decorations.

Crank up the old boom box and dance dance dance!!
    Play board games and cards.
    Visit the nursing home.
Offer to help those in need.
Have a pic-nic (you have to eat anyhow, so make it fun).
Finish up those projects at home that you've been putting off. You know you already bought the suff 3 yrs. ago. Ha. Ha. (I already have the paint for the family room, just need to do it).
    Take the dogs a walk.
    Tell someone their special.
    Send a note to someone.
Thats all I can think of right now.
