I was sitting here trying to think of a great topic, get the mind juices flowing and I thought...
What tip could you share, that maybe you just learned, or you did by accident, or tried that makes a cool something, or makes a cool idea to an old problem? Nothing is too silly for me..

Here are a few of mine
~no salt to dried beans until they finish getting tender.
~if you take a round loaf of bread, hollow out from the top, bowl like, brush with water and nukey you gotta a cool dip bowl, or a soup bowl. (makes it hard)
~did you know that if you take a pita and cut it into fourths, and split to make 8 pieces and nuke you get those cool pita chips at a fraction of the cost.(you could sprinkle with spice)
~take a couple wet paper towels after using your grill (type like george foreman or any kind like that) and lay on hot grill after unplugged. Leave a bit and it makes it easier to wipe up.
~quickie~foodie idea~ did you know that thousand island dressing is (ketchup, mayo and relish) cocktail sauce is (ketchup, horshradish)

I am constantly doing things, so nothing is too silly or crazy for me...
so enlighten me....

I like my "swiffer wet jet" for my laminate floors-but they are notriously expensive for the refills-so I found that if you dip the lid down in really hot, hot water-like almost boiling, a few tims-you can pull the lid off with a pair of plyers and some elbow grease-then you can refill it over and over with your own homemade cleaner.
