Need Kitchen Help ASAP! What can I use to sub one egg??

I was going to make a pineapple bread for in the morning - but I'm short one egg - recipe calls for 2 eggs, I only have one in the fridge - Is there anything I can use to sub the one egg??

Ener-G Egg Replacer - follow directions on box.
2 tbsp corn starch = 1 egg
2 tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg
2 tbsp apple sauce = 1 egg
1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg
1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg.
1 banana = 1 egg in cakes.

now ive never tried these myself (except for the apple sauce one which worked fine in baking) so...
