Scratch paper...
I always have pages of computer paper used on one side or the one sided ads that come in the newspaper, so I cut them in half and in half again for scratch paper to use by the phones & the computer. Grandkids also use the backs of these same types of used paper to draw & color on.
An empty plastic 2 liter pop bottle filled with water & stuck upside down in a planter works great as a waterer.
For picnics freeze your juice/drink in a plastic milk jug & use the drink to keep food cold until you eat."Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans." John Lennon

I'm going to try the 2 liter soda bottle waterer.
I reuse envelopes sent to me with my bills. (I pay most of my bills online.) Not all can be used, but the ones I can use I make sure I have the address showing through the window on a scrap piece of paper. I hold the address secure from the inside with a small piece of tape.
I wash out freezer baggies.
I only use paper towels for supper gross clean ups. Rags for everything else.
I make almost all my own cleaners. I buy Murphy's Oil Soap and Clorox Bleach. I use so little bleach I can't remember the last time I bought it.Carrie, ravenmaniac - I love my Ravens!!!!

Great tips~We keep our one side printed on puter paper and run it through the fax machine (to use the blank side). Most of the faxes we get are not that important and if I'm ever expecting an important one I'll go and put new paper in the machine and then put the other paper back in later. I hate throwing away that paper that has a 'good side' left....lol.

I like that water bottle idea! I'm gonna try that.
I have one of those (okay I have two, they are both knitting) page a day calendars. I save the ones with nonsense on them for scribbling notes, etc. I just flip them over to the blank side & staple a stack together.
I also do this with coupons I've printed out on the computer. They waste A LOT of paper, so I cut off the big blank part and staple a stack together for a quick notepad.

Great tips.
I really like the watering idea also." May we never let the things we can’t have or don’t have or shouldn’t have spoil our enjoyment of the things we do have and can have. As we value our happiness, let us not forget it. One of the greatest lessons in life is learning to be happy without the things we cannot or should not have."

Yup, have the homemade used computer paper pads here also. Although I find some of the info on the pads very confusing. At the time whatever I am writing seems important.
