Some of you may already know about this, and I thought of it when I read the thread on uses for coffegrounds and thought I'd post it.

Home made facial scrub for dry skin.

regular table sugar
top with enough olive oil to make a paste....
rub into skin, then rinse with warm water.
blot sokin with paper towel and let air dry rest of the way.

In 30 minutes you have fresh, soft skin.
This is very good in the winter when indoor heating dries out skin.

the sugar will not dissolve and you can keep it around awhile for later use.
I've been using this for years and years. Read it in a book of secret spa recipes you can do at home.

Do you have any "recipes" for a facial mask for teen skin, such as a not so dry face? My dd is always wanting facial masks.

I recall in those "spa secret" books facial masks made with oatmeal, fruit, avacodo... maybe if you do an online search for the type skin:

you can find the right one for the teens skin type.
