recycle all sorts

I just found this site on the internet and think it is a wonderful way to reuse 'items' already in your home an become more aware of all 'items' we consider waste, but can be used again.

I am all for home recycling and finding news ways to use old stuff in the home... stuff you already have.

That is a great thing to do and challenging... it can open new doors to learn new things, like handling power tools, which are a
frugal womans best friend ( as opposed to contractors)

I'd like to se more threada about household items recycled into something else.

I made a phone stand to hang a phone against a cupboard one time out of a wire coat hanger...
because the phone was a wall phone and there were no walls to hang it on near the phone.

I also made some room screens ( 6 foot tall)
from old curtains and scrap wood ( had to buy the hinges)

This recycling of home items is a great subject.
